Sourdough waffles

This morning I made wild yeast waffles from our “sourdough” starter. I love to jazz up the starter with organic and homegrown vegetables. These waffles have organic carrot and our garden’s green beans fermenting within our  starter. Simply pour starter right out of the fermenting crock onto a greased waffle iron and bake! Topped with maple syrup, it is a delicious breakfast!
