We have a mint garden that has far exceeded it’s boundaries and our expectations! However, mint always has a special use here and we are able to keep it somewhat tame. In previous years we made mint tea, but recently we have another exciting use for our mint as a syrup base for making vinegar and water kefir.

We are a “retired” couple with 7 acres in south Georgia. Leaving RN-Dialysis and non-profit tutoring, we farm chemical-free growing a few vegetables, fruit, and herbs, and raising sheep, chickens, and rabbits to eat.
