Our daughter found a wonderful gluten-free sourdough bread recipe that looks beautiful! We brought her the gluten-free starter to make this bread. It took time to “convert” the starter from wheat flour to a gluten-free starter, but it was very successful. The soy and sorghum flours seemed to be the most successful in feeding and strengthening this starter.

We are a “retired” couple with 7 acres in south Georgia.
